The price is fixed and agreed before you travel: it is for the whole vehicle, not per person.
About 570 km by road, through the Hungry Steppe and past Samarkand, so the drive takes 7–8 hours with stops. For most travellers the fast Afrosiyob train is quicker, but a car makes sense when the trains are sold out, when you travel with a lot of luggage or small children, or when you want to stop on the way.
Good stops are Samarkand, roughly half-way, for lunch or a short look at the Registan, and the ceramic workshops of Gijduvan just before Bukhara. Tell us in the notes and we will plan the time.
The price is for the whole car and includes fuel and the driver's waiting time at your stops.
What the price includes
Air-conditioned cars with English or Russian speaking drivers. Prices are for the whole vehicle, not per person, and include fuel, tolls and waiting time.
