The price is fixed and agreed before you travel: it is for the whole vehicle, not per person.
Bukhara airport is only about 5 km from the old town, a drive of 10–20 minutes. Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name and takes you to your hotel.
Many of Bukhara's best guesthouses are in the narrow lanes around Lyabi-Hauz, where a car cannot reach the door. In that case the driver parks as close as possible and walks you and your bags the last few metres.
Give us your flight number when you book: we watch for delays, so a late landing costs you nothing extra.
