Amirsoy Ski Day from Tashkent: Private Car to Uzbekistan's Mountain Resort
A day on the slopes of Amirsoy, about 1.5 hours from Tashkent: a private car from your hotel, a driver who waits for you all day, and help with lift passes and ski or snowboard rental. December to March.
About this trip
Amirsoy, in the Chatkal mountains above Tashkent, is Uzbekistan's modern ski resort: gondolas, groomed slopes for beginners and confident skiers, ski schools and restaurants with mountain views. It is about 65 km from the city, an easy day trip.
This is a private day: your own car and driver, who takes you up in the morning, waits while you ski and brings you back when you are ready.
How the day goes
About nine to ten hours. Pickup at your hotel at around 08:00 and 1.5 hours' drive to the resort. At Amirsoy you buy your lift pass and rent your equipment at the resort's own counters; our team helps on WhatsApp if you need anything. In the late afternoon your driver brings you back to Tashkent.

Good to know
The season usually runs from mid-December to mid-March, depending on snow. The car takes skis and snowboards; for a group with a lot of equipment, tell us when you book and we send a minivan. Just need a ride one way? Book our Tashkent → Amirsoy transfer instead.
Day by day
- Pickup in Tashkent
Your driver collects you from your hotel and drives you into the Chatkal mountains, about 1.5 hours.
- A day on the slopes
Lift pass and equipment at the resort's counters, then skiing or snowboarding at your own pace. Lessons are available at the resort's ski school.
- Lunch at the resort
Lunch at one of Amirsoy's restaurants, paid on the spot.
- Back to Tashkent
Your driver brings you back to your hotel in the evening.
