Amirsoy is the mountain resort about an hour and a half from Tashkent, and the cable car is the reason most people go: it climbs to a peak at 2 290 metres, and the view from the top is the one you came for.

The fares are not published in English anywhere we can find, including on the resort's own website. So here is the whole board, as photographed at the ticket window in October 2026.

Two things decide what you pay. Which section you ride — Amirsoy Express is the lower stage to the Multifunctional Centre, Prima is the upper stage to the 2 290 m peak, and you can buy either or both. And which day you go — Saturday, Sunday and public holidays cost more than Monday to Friday, on every single ticket.

At the time of writing the rate is about 12 000 som to the US dollar. The dollar figures are a guide; check the rate on the day.

What this means in practice

A family of four — two adults and two children — riding both sections on a Saturday pays 770 000 som, about $64. The same family on a Tuesday pays 680 000 som, about $57. Going midweek saves roughly the price of lunch.

If you only want the view, buy both sections. Express alone stops at the Multifunctional Centre, which is not the summit. The 2 290 m peak is at the top of Prima.

Over-55s are a separate, cheaper band, which is unusual here and easy to miss at the window. Bring something that shows your date of birth.

Parking at the base is free.

Where this fits with our tours

Our Amirsoy day tours from Tashkent quote the car, the driver and the day — not the cable car, which you buy at the station and only if you want to ride it. Some people come for the walk and the air and never get on it.

That is why we list the fare rather than bury it in a package price: you should be able to work out what your day actually costs before you book it.

A note on these prices

The board changes, usually at the start of a season. Everything above was photographed in October 2026. If you find a difference at the window, tell us and we will correct this page.
